Neurological strength is miles different to just muscular strength. Let me explain.

A muscle is simple. It shortens to create force to move bones. The harder and faster it does so, the more force we generate and the more strength we create. But what happens if we only use half of the fibres? We would only get 50% of the strength right? But if we used the full 100% then we would have more strength right? Which would things so much easier!

This is the difference.
